These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website customsedgeacademy.in, our Learning Management System (LMS), and all courses, content, and services offered by CustomsEdge Academy, a brand operated by Sree Arunachalam Enterprises, based in Thiruvottiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("CustomsEdge Academy," "we," "us," "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, enrolling in any course, or making a payment to us, you ("student," "user," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of this agreement.
CustomsEdge Academy provides online examination preparation courses for the Customs Broker Licensing Regulations (CBLR) examinations conducted by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Government of India, including but not limited to the F Card (Written and Oral) and G Card examination tracks. Our courses are delivered through our online LMS and include study guides, video/instructor content, MCQ practice banks, mock tests, and related exam preparation materials.
CustomsEdge Academy is an independent, private coaching and exam preparation provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the CBIC, any Customs Commissionerate, or any government body. Please see our Disclaimer page for further detail on this and on outcome-related expectations.
Our courses are intended for adult learners (18 years of age or older) who are preparing for, or intend to appear for, the CBLR examinations. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any eligibility criteria for the actual CBLR examination (as prescribed by CBIC) are your own responsibility to verify — we do not determine or guarantee your eligibility to sit for the government examination.
To access our courses, you must create an account on our LMS by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
Each course enrollment is licensed to a single individual user for personal, non-commercial use only. Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this rule without refund.
All course fees paid to CustomsEdge Academy are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances, once payment has been made and access to the course/LMS has been granted.
This includes, without limitation, situations where:
By completing payment and enrolling in any course, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We strongly encourage you to review course descriptions, syllabus coverage, and reach out to us with any questions before making payment.
Limited exception — erroneous or duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same enrollment due to a technical or payment-gateway error, or if a payment is deducted from your account without a corresponding successful enrollment being created on our system, you may contact us at admissions@customsedgeacademy.in with your transaction reference. We will verify the error with Razorpay and correct it by reversing the duplicate or erroneous charge. This exception applies strictly to confirmed technical/duplicate payment errors and does not extend to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or any other circumstance listed above.
At our sole discretion, we may — but are under no obligation to — offer goodwill gestures such as access extensions or credit toward a future course in exceptional circumstances. Any such gesture is granted on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute a precedent or an obligation for future cases.
All content on our website and LMS — including but not limited to study guides, instructor scripts, MCQ banks, video content, slide decks, graphics, logos, and the CustomsEdge Academy brand name and tagline ("The Edge That Clears Everything") — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sree Arunachalam Enterprises / CustomsEdge Academy, protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies available under Indian law.
When using our website and LMS, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found engaging in such conduct, without refund or liability to us.
Please refer to our Disclaimer page for full detail on course content accuracy, exam-outcome expectations, and our relationship (or lack thereof) to CBIC and other government authorities. In summary: our courses are prepared based on the CBLR syllabus and publicly available legal and regulatory material as understood by our content team at the time of preparation, and while we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee any specific exam outcome, score, or result, and our courses, website, and LMS are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law.
